Procès Flactif : premier jour d'audience

Plus de trois ans après le quintuple meurtre de Xavier Flactif, Graziella Ortolano et leurs trois enfants Grégory, Laetitia et Sarah, au Grand-Bornand (Haute-Savoie), le procès de David Hotyat, leur meurtrier présumé, s'est ouvert lundi devant la cour d'assises d'Annecy. Outre David Hotyat, poursuivi pour assassinats, comparaissent également Stéphane Haremza, 31 ans poursuivi pour "complicité", l'ex-compagne de David Hotyat, Alexandra Lefèbvre, 28 ans, et l'épouse de Stéphane Haremza, Isabelle Haremza, 31 ans, poursuivies pour "association de malfaiteurs". Enfin, Mickaël Hotyat, 29 ans, est accusé d'avoir fait "obstacle à la manifestation de la vérité par recel" en se débarrassant de l'arme du crime en la jetant dans un canal. Le verdict est attendu le 30 juin.

La première journée d'audience a été consacrée au tirage au sort des jurés (6 hommes et 3 femmes), que la défense a préféré jeunes, et à la lecture de l'acte d'accusation (80 pages). Mario, le fils né d'une première union de Graziella Ortolano a déclaré à la presse "J'attends surtout que la justice venge ma famille". Michel et Marie-Clotilde Flactif, les parents de Xavier, visiblement très éprouvés, n'ont pas souhaité s'exprimer. Les parties civiles espèrent que ce procés pourra mettre en évidence le véritable rôle d'Alexandra Lefèbvre dans cette tuerie qu'ils accusent d'en être l'instigatrice. Ce à quoi son avocat Grégoire Lafarge a répondu: "ma cliente n'était ni une manipulatrice, ni n'avait agi en souterrain. Elle a le rôle qu'elle a dans le cadre des délits qu'on lui reproche".

L'humain est capable de choses inhumaines je n'arrive pas a comprendre que l'on puisse assassiner tout une famille par jalousie,envie,et rester froid et sans remords par la suite.cette histoire comme beaucoup dautres est cruelle je n'ai pas de mots cest inimaginable mais ca existe.la famille flactif etait loin de penser qu'un couple avec enfants pouvait en arriver a cette tuerie.
